Welcome to Millers Grange

At Millers Grange care home in Witney, Oxfordshire, our team is dedicated to delivering the very best care to older people. Our wide range of care services include residential and dementia care, and we also offer respite care and end of life care.

Each of the two floors at Millers Grange is divided into two suites, and each suite has its own bistro-style dining room and lounge and a cluster of spacious en-suite bedrooms. Some of the ground floor rooms have their own patio doors, which open onto our secure, landscaped gardens.

Outside, raised flowerbeds, a bar area, a circular pathway, and a range of seating areas provide opportunities for fresh air, relaxation and purposeful activity.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

My favourite part of the day is my morning round, when I say hello to all the residents and find out how they’re doing, and ensure they’re ready for a good day. There’s always a buzz about the place.

The place is very well organised, always spotlessly clean, tidy and well-presented. It's a warm, friendly atmsophere whenever we vist the, everyone is very welcoming. We're always offered a cup of tea and the staff are very friendly and helpful, they will come and chat and make us feel at home. The carers are always around checking on residents to make sure they are doing okay, have everything they need... our loved one is enjoying his time there, and far more social than before he moved in.

The care staff and the lifestyle coordinators provide quality, personalised care for the residents. They have a great range of activities to keep them active, both physically and mentally, and there is a minibus to take residents out for the day. They actively ask residents what they would like to do and arrange activities tailored to individual interests. The lifestyle coordinators let me know about what my loved one has been doing, and the care team regularly contact me with updates and to check I'm happy with everything.

I'm very involved with my loved one's care; the management and care team are very open to discussing any concerns I may have and they keep me very well informed. My loved one's mobility and care needs have changed significantly over the last few years, and the staff have always responded quickly and appropriately to changes in her condition. She has trouble eating solid food now, but they somehow still manage to provide inviting and varied options for her. They meet all my loved one' care needs and they go above and beyond with her care and support.

He has brilliant care from all the carers. The activity team takes them out on trips. All his wishes are followed and the food is excellent.
