Care UK shortlisted for eight national awards

Care UK aims to continue its winning streak this awards season with the announcement that it has been shortlisted in eight different categories in one of the best-known national care awards.

The Caring UK Awards celebrate outstanding people in the care sector, highlighting excellence and rewarding those who work tirelessly to provide consistently outstanding care.

Care UK is a finalist in the Care Employer of the Year category. Care UK’s training and development programmes for colleagues have been recognised as sector-leading, and it continues to attract and retain an incredible calibre of talent at all levels within the organisation. 

Care UK is also a finalist in seven other categories:

• Catering Team of the Year – Davers Court
• Quality in Housekeeping – Montfort Manor
• Community Involvement Award – Echelforde Care Home and Greenview Hall
• Scotland Care Home of the Year – Mowat Court and Lauder Lodge
• North Care Home of the Year – Cheviot Court
• South Care Home of The Year – Appleby House and Sway Place
• Midlands & Wales Care Home of the Year – Llys Cyncoed
