When you contact us about care for yourself or a loved one our friendly team will talk to you to find out what you’re looking for, answer your questions and help you to arrange a viewing.

We recommend that you visit your prospective home so you can meet the team, find out more about life at the home and ask any questions you may have.

I selected Ambleside Care home at first because it was the highest rated care home in the district. However, and much more importantly, when I did an assessment visit, all the staff smiled and said ‘hello’ to me even though they hadn’t seen me before. This has subsequently been borne out on my frequent visits to Ambleside – all the staff smile, give me their time, and make me feel at home. The care shown to my wife has been exemplary, even through her difficult-to-manage times, justifying my initial decision to have her taken care of in Ambleside.
