The compassion and impact that staff made on Dad was unmeasurable. We felt we that we became part of the Perry Manor family.  Dad was cared for with compassion, dignity and respect. Everyone we met were dedicated and caring individuals. 

The true mark of the home came into play when we saw what incredible care our loved one received. I frequently hear the most moving and lovely exchanges taking place between him and the staff. The support I received was also so lovely and something that I will always remember as will all the family. We felt so well supported, we could not have wished for anything more.

For us the grade of outstanding does not go far enough for Perry Manor. Dementia takes so much from everyone but homes like Perry Manor get a little bit of that individual back.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the love and care you gave my mother. I will forever be grateful for the compassion you showed her. Your work is not just a job, it is a gift to those in your care and their families. I hold the deepest admiration for you all.

Thank you for the care and support you have given Mum the last 4 weeks. The progress Mum has made since her discharge from hospital is all thanks to your amazing dedication. Thank you so much for encouraging Mum to participate in all the wonderful activities that you organise.
