I would like to express our sincere gratitude to you and the wonderful staff at Priors House for hosting our students for the "Postcards of Joy" event. It was truly a heartwarming experience, and our girls had such a delightful time interacting with the residents. There was so much joy in the room and it was clear that both the girls and the residents greatly enjoyed each other’s company. 

Thank you and all the staff for the kindness and friendship shown to my mum over the last 3 and a half years. Mum soon settled in at Kingsley and enjoyed having her meals cooked for her. Mum also enjoyed the entertainment, especially the bingo, as it was well organised, and Mum won more than once..

Chandler Court was our first choice for a care home. I had every confidence he would be looked after well, exceptionally well in fact. The Staff were all brilliant and still are! The food at Chandler Court is exceptional! If a resident has a special request, Chefs will prepare it! My husband loved the food.

The gift of all at Manor Lodge is that you act both professionally whilst always ensuring the dignity of all residents. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were always on hand to advise and calm with sincere, yet expert words. Furthermore, we always thought we were listened to and involved in all decisions that helped effectively manage and alleviate Mum's symptoms. You worked seamlessly as a team and with other outside healthcare professionals. This, to our way of thinking, is what helped Mum feel so comfortable and we are eternally grateful.

Thank you to all your incredible staff, from the bottom of our hearts, for the amazing care you gave our darling Dad. We saw very quickly that you instinctively care with big hearts, and have such a warm, natural way with the residents.
