The level of care my mother receives is outstanding and we are always made to feel so welcome. I see how hard the team works and how they remain professional with an excellent sense of humour and ensure that all the residents are engaged in the most amazing activities. The rooms are always clean, and the laundry service is fantastic. The catering is exceptional. We are so proud that we made this choice for our mother and very much appreciate the staff dedication and lovely warm smiles.

We as a family cannot thank enough all the staff at Deewater for the outstanding care Mum continues to get since arriving 18 months ago. The staff are friendly, nothing is too much trouble, the home is exceptionally clean as is Mum's room. There is always some sort of activity taking place and the residents enjoy planned outings. Mum often expresses how well she is looked after and how kind the staff are.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, with staff always going above and beyond to make both residents and visitors feel comfortable. The team are not only highly professional but truly compassionate, with a clear dedication to residents’ wellbeing and happiness. A special mention goes to the first-floor manager, whose outstanding leadership and positivity ensure everything runs smoothly.
