Chief Operating Officer

 

With more than twenty years’ experience in the health, leisure, and retail sectors, I’ve spent my career doing what we do here at Care UK - looking after people.

Before joining Care UK in 2022, I spent the previous 13 years in healthcare. As Operations Director and Chief Operating Officer of Nuffield Health I led the operational growth and transformation to help build a healthier nation through hospital, clinical and wellbeing services. So, while I’m new to the care sector, I have spent most of my career understanding and supporting customers’ health needs.

The culture at Care UK is special; colleagues really practice what they preach. I see them proudly living the organisation’s values, whatever role they hold. There is a true sense of purpose-led care and a real community experience here. 

I’m excited to join Care UK during an ambitious period of development. My priority is to understand the challenges facing the incredible teams who work in our homes and strengthen our focus on delivering the very best service for residents and their families.

I look forward to expanding our role as the leading provider of quality homes for the ever increasing number of people who will require a high quality care home place in the future.
