Welcome to Metchley Manor

Our community provides luxury life-enabling care for older adults. The dedicated team are passionate about offering the highest quality residential, dementia and respite care. We also offer compassionate end of life care.

Our stunning Edgbaston community is near to Warwickshire County Cricket Club and Birmingham's Botanical Gardens in West Midlands, and enjoys excellent transport links from across the country.

Residents at Metchley Manor can enjoy stylish lounges, a welcoming bistro and a stunning collection of ensuite bedrooms including some suitable for couples. We provide a varied activity programme and our outings to local areas of interest are a hit with residents. Our beautiful outside spaces offer a peaceful environment for residents and their loved ones to enjoy.

We are proud to have been internally accredited with the evidence-based, person-centered Care Fit for VIPS.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

The home looks lovely, always clean and tidy, it's just a lovely environment. It's not one of these new builds, but it doesn’t look old and shabby, it’s like a stately home. It reflects as near as possible the environment that the residents have experienced before... it has a familiar, homely feel... not too posh, but very well-presented with nice decor and furniture.

We just love it! All the staff in every department, including the cleaners and the kitchen team, know my loved one's name and tell us how he is doing when we visit. Everyone is so friendly and they genuinely care about him and how we feel about things. He was in another care home previously and he was never out of his room, now he’s never in his room... he is thriving.

It is very professional in terms of the way they deliver care - if I were ill myself, I would be happy to be there. They seem to understand what my loved one needs before she is aware of it herself, they are very perceptive, and proactive rather than reactive. Any time I visit my loved one, I am made to feel extremely welcome and a part of the home. I can spend as much time with my loved one and the other residents as I like.
