Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at Hartismere Place care home.

They are very good at organising trips out for people. They have the usual sing songs and activities in the home, but what impressed me is that they have access to a minibus and will take them out to the local pub or the garden centre. If you look on the facebook page you can see what's going on each week. The level of effort that goes into keeping people active and living life to the full is all above and beyond.

The staff are brilliantly friendly and always willing to help. My loved one is quite fragile and was struggling at home... now she has the care she needs in a lovely environment, always surrounded by nice people who have her interests at heart... it's such a relief knowing she is safe. Everyone is just so lovely, they all say hello and make you feel so welcome... it's a very nice atmosphere.

Everyone has been incredibly helpful and understanding. I have come to know the manager, the deputy manager and the admissions lady very well. They are all easy to contact and they have been exceptional... they take a genuine interest in my loved one and our circumstances. I give them 11 out of 10.
