    First Thursday of every month, 10.30am -12pm
    Come along to our monthly relaxation treatment taster session and wellbeing café. Join like-minded members of the community, share experiences, enjoy a head and hand massage and pick up a copy of our free dementia guide.
  • Carers cafe 
    First Tuesday of each month, 11am - 12.30pm
    Join us for our free monthly carers cafe. A friendly place for people living with dementia, their partners and carers to attend.
