Our home delivers luxury in every area, from our cinema to our spacious landscaped gardens, we have something for everybody and provide high-quality care and real quality of life. Plus with our excellent connections to the road network and Birmingham, you will always be connected to your loved ones.

We provide a varied activity programme and residents can enjoy our access to the Royal Sutton Coldfield Club bowling green. Our minibus outings to local areas of interest are a hit with residents.

The staff know me by name and they always ask how I am doing and ask after my family when I visit... I feel they are a part of my own family, and I am a part of the Bishops Manor family. They care for my relative, as opposed to caring for her, and they really encourage her to make the most of each day. The staff all seem very happy in their job, always bright and smiling... I watch them with other residents and it is clear that they truly care about the people living there.

It's a lovely environment, like a hotel, modern and always clean and tidy, gentle decor and a very homely feel. My loved one is very old now and last year was horrific for her... they have taken a lot of stress off me… they have been absolutely fantastic. They keep me informed about everything and they have an app called Relish so that I can see what my loved one has been doing each week. She is so happy there, it's really great, I'm so grateful.

Every resident is different, yet they are amazing with everyone... they know exactly which residents get along with one another and try to seat them accordingly. There is always something going on and they try to involve my relative and find activities that suit her... she has the 'Namaste' every morning, which is a variety of sensory activities and massages with different smells... this afternoon there was a singing activity. And the food looks really lovely, the menu is amazing!

The staff there are excellent. They are very good at the care they give, they are atentive, kind and considerate. It is a nice place to visit.
