Our expert care team provide nursing, dementia and residential care in a stunning environment. We also offer short term respite care as well as compassionate end of life care.

Parker Meadows is a luxurious home, equipped with a café, hair salon and spacious landscaped gardens. It's the ideal setting for personalised care of the highest standard. And, our luxury bungalows offer the security of independent living for the over 55s.

We provide a varied activity programme and our outings to local areas of interest are a hit with residents. Located in a Hampshire market town, our care home in Fareham is just a short distance from the beautiful Salterns Lake.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at Parker Meadows care home.

We looked at several care homes before choosing Parker Meadows, but this was the nicest facility by a mile. The level of activities and engagement was probably the most important factor for me. They arrange quizzes, bingo, light physical activities... a great variety of activities. Usually when I visit, my loved one will be in the communal area participating in something. And the staff have been wonderful... I know 5 or 6 of them personally and they are always friendly and informative... they like a bit of banter and know how to make my loved one laugh.

It's like walking into The Ritz walking into Parker Meadows, compared with other care homes. And the dedication of the staff is visible as soon as you walk through the door. I used to work in care homes, so I know the difference between good care and bad care; this is quality care, they just know how to be there for the residents. I can't give a higher recommendation.

My loved one has dementia and Alzheimer’s. The staff are amazingly patient and very good with him, they look after him better than I would have been able to. I have great respect for them.

I have seen them deal with very difficult people who require special handling. They do it with great care, compassion and they apply a high degree of professionality. My mother has dementia and has at times been hard to help and they deal with her by showing humour and compassion.
