Welcome to Larkland House

Larkland House care home in Ascot, Berkshire provides a range of excellent care in lovely surroundings. The compassionate and experienced team in our Ascot care home offers a range of care options for older people, including residential, nursing and respite care as well as dementia care.

Our home is designed over three floors and is entirely wheelchair accessible. Each floor has a dining room and choice of lounges, creating a ‘community within a community’ feel. Each of the home’s bedrooms is spacious and light, and residents are welcome to add their own personal touches to their rooms. All rooms are en-suite and have phone, internet and TV connections as well as a 24-hour nurse call system.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

Living here is about enjoying each day, with group and one-to-one interests tailored to residents’ interests. Some residents enjoy taking part in our baking afternoons where they make cakes for everyone to share during our afternoon teas. Others enjoy skittles, board games, quizzes, or the pamper sessions in our own hair salon.

Ensuring compliance is at the forefront of my work at Larkland House is an important part of my role, but I also like to be involved in the day-to-day lives of the residents and team. Seeing their smiling faces gives me a big sense of achievement.

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at Larkland House care home.

The food is excellent, more like hotel quality food than what you would expect to find in a care home. They have a really good chef, food is always served professionally with a very good choice, and if there are special activities in the home they theme the meals, which is a lovely touch. Residents can also request, for example an omelette, so you can have whatever you like rather than take it or leave it. I've eaten there with my loved one a few times and have always been impressed.
