Free advice event returns to Charlotte House

Home news

Charlotte House is inviting the local community to a free advice-led event designed to provide support for people considering their loved one’s future care.

On Wednesday 27th September from 10am-12 noon, the team at Charlotte House will open the doors to the care home for its free ‘Planning care for the future’ event.

Independent specialists, Luke Ashton from Tilney Financial Planning Ltd, and Abigail Bird from Laurus Law, will be on hand to give local people professional advice and guidance about funding long-term care for their loved one – whether it’s in their own home or in a care home.

After the event there will be a Q&A session, and those who attend will also have the opportunity to meet the team at Charlotte House and take a tour of the care home.

Zoe Smith, home manager at Charlotte House, said:  “The advice and guidance provided at this event has always been very well received, and we hope all those considering the future care of a loved one will take the opportunity to benefit from our expertise.

“We are delighted to welcome Luke and Abigail to the event, who are experts in their field and can provide guidance for those currently exploring care options. For those looking for more help and advice when caring for a loved one, our latest guide, A helping hand, is available at the home and can offer further support and guidance.”
