A care home in Knebworth is inviting the community to join a free online event offering support for local people considering care for their loved one.
On Thursday 13th May, from 11am-12pm, the Care UK team at Knebworth will be hosting a free virtual event named ‘How we care’.
Home Manager, Vera Moreira-Henocq, and Customer Relations Manager, Paula Brown, will be on hand to offer information and expert advice for those considering care for a loved one, including the types of care available and funding options.
Vera Moreira-Henocq, Home Manager at Knebworth, said: “Choosing future care of a loved one is an important decision, even more so after the past year. Here at Knebworth, we understand that providing advice and guidance can be incredibly helpful for anyone considering future care for themselves or a relative, which is why we are delighted to host this virtual event to give people an insight into life at Knebworth.
“Attendees will be able to learn about our fulfilling lives ethos, take a virtual tour of the home, and ask any questions they may have about life at the home. It’s set to be an informative morning, and we are really looking forward to meeting everyone!”
For anyone unsure about how to take part in the virtual event, help is at hand. The teams will host the event using Zoom, an online meeting space. Simply call or email Customer Relations Manager, Paula Brown, who will let you know how to join the event and share tips to make the most out of the session.
