We also offer short-term respite care, and sympathetic, discreet end of life care.

There’s plenty to enjoy under our roof as Knebworth has its own pub, coffee shop, comfortable lounges, as well as a hair and beauty salon. When your loved one fancies some quiet time, they can relax in their comfortable bedroom. Each room has private en-suite facilities, a 24-hour call system, flat screen TV and phone and broadband access. Residents are welcome to personalise their room in any way they wish.

It's a modern building, very clean and well presented… feels more like a hotel than a care home. It's always a warm welcome when you arrive, everyone is very friendly - cleaners, receptionist, care staff - everyone is on the same page. My loved one has become very comfortable with the staff, they really made an effort to get to know her and this helps to make her feel safe, which is very reassuring for me also.

The way the staff relate with the residents is impressive. They are alert and conscientious to the individual needs of each resident and everyone is treated with the utmost respect. The level of care is very good, they know what's going on with each and every one of the residents, and they always keep me informed about how my loved one is doing... any issues and they are on the phone.
