On Tuesday 29th January, from 2.30pm - 4.30pm, the team at Silversprings will open its doors to the community for its free ‘Planning care for the future’ event.
Representatives from Thompson Smith and Puxon Solicitors, as well as Penny Griffiths from Eldercare Solutions, will be on hand to deliver an informative session to help those caring for a loved one understand the options for funding long-term care, including the benefits they may be entitled to and how to make savings go further.
The experts will offer advice and information on legal matters, including wills and Power of Attorney. The team will also be joined by Julie Johnson from The Hunnaball Family Funeral Group offering advice and support for later life planning.
After the event there will be a helpful Q&A session, as well as an opportunity to meet the friendly team at Silversprings.
Donna Cousins, home manager at Silversprings, said: “Here at Silversprings, we understand that providing advice and guidance can be incredibly helpful for anyone considering the future care of a loved one, which is why we are delighted to host this event.
“It is a privilege to be joined by Nicola, Penny and Julie who can provide professional guidance in this area, and we hope local people will take this opportunity to benefit from our expertise.”
