The home has also hosted events for the local community across the year including a care fee planning seminar, an afternoon with Dementia Friends, the Big Garden Birdwatch for RSPB and even a summer BBQ.
Ruth Baggs, home manager at Sandfields, said: “The first year anniversary is a very exciting milestone for us. The party was a big thank you to the residents, their relatives and also our amazing team who provide the best possible care all year round. We also want to thank the local community for giving us a very warm welcome, and we look forward to meeting more Cheltenham residents in the year to come.”
