Linda is walking on air after visiting NEL Treatment Centre!

Linda had suffered in the past from her problematic toenail and had treatments which unfortunately, did not cure the problem. Linda was then referred to the North East London Treatment Centre by her GP and after a brief wait, had her initial consultation. ‘I have had a lot of problems with my toe nail because it had always grown in a very odd way, however, my consultant gave me my options and was full of confidence that he did not have to completely remove the nail although we decided to completely remove it with a no re-growth treatment. 

Afterwards, I was really surprised at how quickly my next appointment came through.’ Linda took her husband with her who had been treated at the Treatment Centre before. ‘My husband was full of praise when he came back from his treatment, which gave me confidence when going into the centre.’

On the day of her treatment, Linda was impressed at how all the staff involved in her visit were so pleasant. ‘Even though my treatment was only small, I was still a little nervous, however, on the way up to the surgery, the staff were very reassuring, the theatre nurse even offered to hold my hand during my surgery!'

‘I am so pleased I was referred to the Treatment Centre, everyone from the consultant, to the lady bringing me a cup of tea were so helpful and kind. I am really pleased I came here, I have had no problems since!’
