A Class Act!

Teaching assistant Claire Alexander is now back in the classroom after being treated at Southampton NHS Treatment Centre for a painful urinary infection, She underwent surgery after a series of scans and is now fit again to cope with a host of lively youngsters at North Baddesley Infants School.

Centre Medical Director Stephen Chiverton performed the operation at the state-of-the-art operating theatre complex at the Royal South Hants Hospital.

‘It was a very good experience and I’d recommend the Treatment Centre to anyone,’ said Claire, on returning for final tests. ‘All the staff were lovely, the surgeons and nurses were very professional and the hostesses bringing around the food were great. If I need any more operations, I’ll definitely ask my GP to send me here.’
