We have an exciting new role for a Customer Relations Manager based at Chapter House in Beverley. As an experienced sales and business development professional who thrives on meeting & exceeding revenue targets, you will promote Parker Meadows through community relationships, events, and PR, ensuring a high level of customer service for each enquiry.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve targets for resident occupancy and average weekly fee.
Promote the care home and drive enquiries through events, sponsorships, and PR.
Communicate accurate information to prospective clients about our facilities, services, and prices.
Monitor competitor landscape and identify market opportunities.
Collaborate with the Home Manager and Head of Departments.
Complete all required reports accurately and on time.
Available for evening and weekend meetings and events as required.

I have over 25 years’ experience working in health and social care. In that time, I’ve gained invaluable knowledge within neurological, palliative and rehabilitation care.
As a home manager, there is a lot to think about, particularly from an admin point of view. Whilst managing budgets is important, I like to focus on Chapter House being a safe, caring and responsive environment. To ensure that happens, you need to be compassionate, open and transparent.
On a day-to-day basis, I feel extremely proud to be able to make a positive difference to residents’ lives. Seeing them and their families happy is very rewarding. It’s also fulfilling to be able to support colleagues achieve their own professional goals.
I like to spend my free time gardening and travelling.
