Trusted to care

A closely-knit team of managers, carers, nurses and support colleagues – and each of us is dedicated to your loved one’s care, health and wellbeing.

I’ve been part of the Care UK family for nearly 16 years now. Previously I was a Home Manager at another Care UK home where I led the home to achieve an overall ‘Outstanding’ rating from our internal governance team. My career includes working as a registered nurse in my native Poland, a paramedic, and I’ve even trained with the Army.

I am passionate about creating an environment that supports the independence of residents with one clear goal in mind: providing the best of care. I relish making residents happy and comfortable as well as supporting the team to do their best work. Teamwork is vital in a setting like this.
