The Role

Ensure the grounds are maintained to a hight standard
Ensure the ground offer an appealing space to be in to promote the wellbeing of residents
Build relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors
Use initiative to problem solve and be creative in using all available resources

A closely-knit team of managers, carers, nurses and support colleagues – and each of us is dedicated to your loved one’s care, health and wellbeing.

I have worked in several different care homes in the UK, including large organisations and family run ones. When I heard about Care UK and its values I knew I wanted to join somewhere that shared my own morals, ethos, and person-centered care.

My role requires a passion for care, being kind and patient, and always putting residents' wellbeing and happiness first. We need to be friendly and approachable but also a firm leader who works together in a team and achieves any set goals.

The highlight of my day is seeing the people we provide care for happy, safe, and enjoying every day. I love building my team up and sharing an enthusiasm for care and supporting the community by fulfilling our social responsibilities.
