Our team works in a luxury care home in a stunning environment just outside the town centre. We provide nursing, dementia and residential care, as well as short term respite care with fantastic facilities for residents, including stylish lounges, a welcoming café, and a stunning collection of ensuite bedrooms.

I’m a trained nurse and have a passion for delivering high quality dementia care and end of life care. I’ve been a care home General Manager for over five years and can’t imagine doing anything else, I love what I do. Care UK puts residents at the heart of everything – something that echoes my values and care ethos.
We’re a closely-knit team at Bourley Grange; residents and colleagues are like one big family. I enjoy guiding the team to do their best work, modelling great care and even providing hands on care whenever the team needs some extra support.
In my free time, I enjoy travelling and getting out into nature. I also do some voluntary work, and I get a huge buzz out of raising money for good causes like the Alzheimer’s Society. I even did a skydive to fundraise for them!
