I’ve worked in the care sector all my career, beginning at the tender age of 15 when I did work experience in a residential home. I then became a care assistant and worked my way up. The rest is history!

Commissioning a brand new care home is a dream for most Home Managers. You have the chance to shape everything from the team to the home’s values and standards of care. But no Home Manager can do it all by themselves. Success is all about teamwork.
