Meet the team

The dedicated and experienced team at Invicta Court will provide your loved one with care that is completely tailored to their individual needs and wishes.

My favourite part of the day is when I get the chance to talk to the residents. Listening to their life experiences is fascinating, and by getting to know the people we care for, we’re better able to provide person-centred, high quality care.

What others have to say

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at Invicta Court care home.

My loved one isn’t the easiest person to look after personality-wise and they are very tolerant of his ways and very friendly towards him. The care provided is very good and the staff are knowledgeable about the needs of each resident. It is individual care, support and encouragment that my loved one receives... very respectful, never overbearing, and ideally tailored to his needs.

Relative of a resident, March 2024

The assessment process and the reviews they carry out for the care needs of each resident is done with great care and attention. Our loved one had a stroke and we were very impressed with how they assessed her changing needs and kept us involved and informed. They have been extremely supportive to us as a family.

Relative of a resident, March 2024

It's a modern and well-designed home, well maintained and clean, the environment is very pleasant.. there is a homely feel to the place. The atmosphere created by the staff is lovely, it's like a large family. The way the residents are celebrated goes above and beyond what I expected... the way the staff know all the residents by name even though it is not a small home, this includes staff that are not directly involved in their care, even the cleaners and the office staff.

Relative of a resident, March 2024

The care mum receives is absolutely brilliant. The home is nice, the staff are friendly and caring. The home is clean and there is a good sense of communication with them. They keep you informed of everything. We  have a monthly care plan individually with my mum and if anything has changed they let us know.

The staff are extremely friendly and look after my mum.
