Let the good vibes roll! Haverhill care home invites local community to a festival to remember

A new festival is coming to Haverhill – and you won’t believe where it’s taking place.  

On Saturday 15^th July, from 1pm-5pm, Care UK’s Cleves Place, on Millfields Way, is set to hit the right note as it opens its doors to local people for the brand-new Cleves Place Summer Festival.

The fun-filled festival comes as Cleves Place celebrates Care Home Open Week, a national initiative that encourages care homes to open their doors and showcase what life in a care home is really like. 

The special event will see guests invited to dance along to live entertainment from a local DJ and performer, Brian Shaw, who will be performing classic hits from across the decade – sure to get the party started.                  

Visitors can try their luck to win a host of prizes with the tombola, as well as visit the drinks stall where guests can enjoy a mocktail or two.

There will also be an interactive art area, face painter and temporary tattoo stall in on hand to keep younger visitors entertained and in full festival glam.

Visitors will also be treated to a traditional summer barbecue, specially prepared by the home’s talented Head Chef.
