A Stansted care home has been welcoming some unusual farm friends to meet residents.
Residents at Mountfitchet House, on Coltsfield, were thrilled when five pygmy goats trotted into the care home where they received plenty of fuss and attention.
As part of the animal therapy sessions, residents learnt about the history and characteristics of the goats, from Black Water Alpacas and Pygmy Goats, as well as other interesting facts about the friendly animals.
Joanna Duke, Home Manager at Mountfitchet House, said: “We had a wonderful afternoon meeting our new four-legged friends.
