Popular ‘planning care for the future’ event returns to The Potteries

The Potteries is inviting the local community to a free advice-led event designed to provide support for those considering their loved one’s future care.

On Tuesday 23rd July, from 1pm - 3pm, the team at The Potteries will open the home’s doors for the free ‘planning care for the future’ event.

Independent financial advisor Kieron Robertson, from Concierge Wealth Management, will be on hand to offer professional advice and guidance about funding long-term carefor a loved one – whether it’s in their own home or in a care home. Lucy Beck, MD from Eco-Wills, will also discuss legal matters, such as wills and power of attorney.

During the event, those who attend will have the opportunity to meet the friendly team at The Potteries and take a closer look at the care home.

Zita Turner, home manager at The Potteries, said: “We hope all those considering the future care of a loved one will take the opportunity to benefit from our expertise, as the advice and guidance provided at this event has always been very well received.

“We know that planning future care can bring up a lot of questions, so we are delighted to welcome a local professional to the event, who is an expert in their field and can provide practical advice and support.”
