Care UK has appointed Pamela Arnsmeyer as home manager at Trymview Hall. Pamela will lead the team at the new care home when it opens in winter 2019.
A registered general nurse, Pamela has a number of health and leadership qualifications, andin her previous role, she was home manager of a 62-room nursing dementia care home, so brings a wealth of experience and insight to support those living with dementia.
Pamela’s new position will see her take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the new care home, which will accommodate up to 66 residents.
Commenting on her new position, Pamela said: “I am delighted to have been appointed as the home manager here in Southmead, and I am excited to lead a skilled and supportive team when we open the doors later this year. Care UK has values and principles that align with my own, built around a culture of ‘the resident comes first’ so I’m looking forward to working in an environment that is warm and friendly for residents and the team alike.”
