On Tuesday 7th February, from 2pm to 4pm, Foxbridge House will open the doors to the care home for its free event offering advice and guidance to all.
Diabetes specialist, Kieron Brennan, chair of Diabetes UK in West Kent, will be sharing important information and giving the latest advice and tips on living well with, and preventing, type- two diabetes.
After the event there will be a Q&A session with Kieron, and visitors who attend the event will also have the opportunity to meet the team at Foxbridge House and take a tour of the care home.
Foxbridge House home manager, Carol McCormack, said: “At Foxbridge House we strongly believe professional knowledge, insight and shared experiences can make a real difference to the everyday lives of those caring for loved ones who have suffered from diabetes. With the team here committed to offering advice and practical support, we are delighted to invite members of the local community to our, Living Well with Diabetes, event.
