The Lennox House team will be celebrating the hard work of colleagues who have gone the extra mile to make Lennox House a special place to live and work.
This will be the first time the home has hosted its own awards ceremony and it comes in a year that has seen the great work of the Lennox House team recognised.
Home manager Florence Clarke was named Care UK’s Home Manager of the Year at the company’s awards ceremony earlier in November, beating off competition from managers at 96 other homes.
Team member Rossell Rosita, was also named as a winner at the Care UK ceremony, taking home the award in the Maintenance category.
Florence said: “It has been a great year with all the team striving to do their very best to make our home a shining example of what residential care can be.
“They have been caring, they have been innovative and most of all they have been empathetic – listening to our residents and understanding their unique needs and wishes.
“I am proud of them all and so I wanted to create this special awards evening to highlight the wonderful work they have done.”
There will be 16 award categories in total, including:
Team Leader of the Year
Best Newcomer
Nurse of the Year
Unit Manager of the Year and
Outstanding Contribution
There will also be an award for the most supportive relative.
