New care home named Mill View

Care UK's new care home due to open next year has been named Mill View by pupil Rachel Everitt from Mead Primary School.

Youngsters from Mead Primary School in East Grinstead were asked by Care UK to come up with a name for company's new care home earlier in the summer.

5 finalists were selected and the names were sent to the Council for approval and Mill View was the winner. Mill View was put forward by Rachel Everitt because the new care home looks over the old mill.

Rachel was presented with a certificate and £100 shopping vouchers. All the finalists have now been invited to bury a time capsule to mark history at the new home.
