Our loved one is never left alone for long, they are always checking on her to make sure she has everything she needs, monitoring her movements and her moods. The care she receives is very good, including the personal care, she is always clean and well-presented. Communication is also very good, we are informed about any issues that arise and involved in regular meetings with the care leads to discuss her condition and her needs as they change.
