Welcome to Heathlands House

Heathlands House is a purpose-built care home, located in a peaceful haven in the heart of Cambridge.

Our care home which opened in August 2021 has been designed to exceed your expectations of care home living, enabling residents to live active and fulfilled lives. There is a welcoming on-site café, comfortable cinema, and a hair and beauty salon. Each bedroom is individually styled and has its own en-suite facilities, many of the rooms on the ground floor have their own patio doors, opening directly onto our south facing landscaped gardens.

The experienced team provide a full range of personalised care services, with the flexibility to meet every need. As well as permanent residential, nursing and dementia care, our colleagues offer sensitive and dignified end of life care.

At our Cambridge care home everything from your loved one’s care, day to day activities and food is personalised to their needs and preferences.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

The standard of care is excellent and the carers develop personal relationships with the residents, they get to know them and adapt their communication to the individual. And the office staff are wonderful... they have been so helpful supporting me with the legal and financial arrangements. I don't know what I would have done without them.

They give 100% to try and assist my loved one and make her life pleasurable, all the staff are exceptionally caring and compassionate. My loved one can be a little difficult, often she will refuse to join in with activities or socialise with other residents, and the carers are so patient and encouraging with her, they help to keep her active and engaged.

The attention they give to my loved one is wonderful, they know her as a person. Whenever there have been any issues the care home has taken them very seriously, thought about them and made improvements. And we're always made to feel so welcome, myself and other members of my family, so that we can go in and be there.
