Meet the team

The dedicated and experienced team at Winchcombe Place will provide your loved one with care that is completely tailored to their individual needs and wishes.

My favourite part of the day is walking around the home and talking to residents, relatives and colleagues. By spending time with residents, I find out what else we can be doing to enhance their lives.

What others have to say

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at Winchcombe Place care home.

My loved one can be a bit picky with food… they have a good variety of options for residents, and the chef will make something specific if there is nothing suitable for my loved one. They know what she likes now!

Relative of a resident, March 2024

The staff really know our loved one's ways, they understand his needs and cater for them very well. They are always friendly and welcoming when we visit and they always know what is going on with our loved one. We are invited to regular meetings with the management and we have an open invitation to get involved with activities in the home whenever we want.

Relative of a resident, March 2024

The staff are all lovely, very caring people and they do their best for the residents. Everyone knows my loved one by name and they are genuinely caring… it doesn't feel like it's just a job to them. There is always someone around if I have any questions and they have been very open and responsive any time I've needed to discuss something with them.

Relative of a resident, March 2024

Thank you so much for the care and compassion you showed Jean, you made an emotional day yesterday a little bit easier.

Relative of a resident, November 2023

It is a very friendly and warm home. The staff are very lovely and I know that my mum is well taken care of. It's very reassuring to know that the home are looking after her.
