From the moment we first met the customer service representative, the receptionist, the carers, the support they have given my loved one and my family has been exceptional. They are very supportive, caring and we can rely on them to do exactly what they are there to do. I can call the home any time if I have a question and they respond very quickly. Just walking through the front door, you can feel it is a good place, and you can see the residents are happy.

The staff are all very helpful and kind to my loved one… no matter what she wants they are always there for her… they dress her nicely and always ensure she is well presented. There are daily activities to keep her occupied and she always has something to do if she is in the mood... she enjoys the sing-alongs. It's a lovely environment, nice and clean, well presented and very welcoming when you come to visit.

The environment is designed specifically to help people feel comfortable and happy in the home. But it's all about the staff really... it’s fantastic to watch them at work. I feel reassured that he is in good hands after every visit.
