Many nurses joins us from the hospital environment because the working life of a nurse can be very stressful. There’s usually lots of pressure on time and resources. At Care UK, we give our nurses the time they need to get to know residents and understand what their individual needs are. We've created the Seacole Academy of Care and Clinical Excellence to support our nurses and team leaders with ongoing practice development. Through the Seacole Academy, our clinical teams will complete a set of training programmes or workshops to enhance their skills.

You’ll also receive ongoing training through our own Learning Academy, which offers additional specialist training in areas such as dementia care. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your management and leadership skills, too. We give you the freedom to shape your training around your career goals.
