The home itself is a lovely space, well maintained and very welcoming. It has a homely feel to it, mainly due to the atmospgere created by the staff working there. They are a lovely group of people, very compassionate in their work. They have really made the effort to understand my loved one and they spend time with her... it's not just a quick hello. I'm always made to feel important too whenever I visit, they all know me. They keep me informed and let me know what is happening... any slight thing, they will let me know.

I speak to all the staff all the time and everyone is very approachable. I know the management team well and they are always available, we have a good relationship. Everyone will stop to chat... it is very much like a home from home, and for my loved one it feels like an extension of his family. The staff, particularly the management, are superb. If you have good management, you will have good carers, and their attitude is always extremely positive.

My loved one is completely happy. Weald Heights was his choice entirely... he knows the home because his wife was there recently and received great care. The staff understand him... he is highly intelligent and the staff adapt themselves to him and treat him as he likes to be treated. He makes it clear he is mentally very switched on, what he likes and what he wants, and they listen to him.
