Our stunning, modern home is the perfect setting for personalised care of the highest standard. Here our dedicated team provide nursing, dementia and residential care in a social environment. We also offer short term respite care.

Rossetti House is set on the outskirts of the Somerset market town, next to the River Frome. It is a short distance from the vibrant high street with good rail and road links.

Residents can enjoy stylish lounges, a welcoming café and a stunning collection of ensuite bedrooms. We provide a varied activity programme and our outings to local areas of interest are a hit with residents. Your loved one is welcome to enjoy a range of facilities, including our hair salon, cinema and beautifully landscaped gardens. There's even a gardening club!

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

Visiting family and friends are welcome to participate, or if you wish, we can help you enjoy your own interests in dedicated one-to-one time.

By far my favourite part of the role is spending time with residents, particularly if we’re doing fun activities together. Enabling older people to enjoy life to the full is ultimately what each person who works here is passionate about.

I think the quality of the staff, including senior management, is excellent if not outstanding. I have been really impressed by everybody I have had contact with at Rossetti House. The actual building itself is very welcoming and suitable for purpose, well thought through for people with varied needs. The rooms are lovely, and the facilities are great. But it's the people that are number one... everybody, cleaners, management, carers, everybody I come across are friendly towards me as a visitor and attentive to the residents. There is an atmosphere and an ethos to the place, they genuinely treat everybody with the respect and dignity they deserve. The residents are all treated with humanity.

My loved one is so happy there, they look after him so well and are always welcoming when we visit. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they take a genuine interest in my loved one and do their best to make sure he is okay. There is always something going on in the home and they are wonderful at encouraging him to get involved; he was singing and dancing the other day, I haven't seen that for a while.

The care my loved one receives is exemplary. The staff are always cheerful and explain carefully what they are doing and about to do. I am recognised as soon as I arrive for a visit and they come over to let me know how my loved one is doing. I am also involved in regular formal reviews. My loved one is very well cared for.

My mum seems happy at the home than she has been elsewhere. She feels safe and looked after, well fed and clean. The access for visitors is good and it is a nice environment.
