At Care UK, we're here to help you through your journey living with dementia

From the moment you receive an early diagnosis to learning to live well with dementia, we’re here to support you every step of the way. That’s why we’ve produced ‘One step at a time’, a video guide to navigating dementia, introduced by broadcaster and Alzheimer's Society ambassador, Angela Rippon.

Our guide consists of three short videos aimed to help and support family carers and people living with dementia to understand how they can live well at every stage of their journey.

In this guide you’ll hear...

  • Common misconceptions about dementia
  • Practical steps to take following diagnosis
  • Activities to promote a healthy lifestyle
  • Why nutrition and hydration is so important
