Welcome to Norfolk House

Norfolk House care home in Weybridge, Surrey is purpose-designed care home with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We provide personalised residential care, short term respite care, expert nursing care and specialist dementia care for older people, including those with physical disabilities. We also offer sensitive, compassionate end of life care.

Residents’ rooms are light, spacious and tastefully decorated with stylish furniture. Each room includes en-suite facilities, phone and television connection points and a 24-hour nurse call system. We have double rooms available and some of our ground floor rooms have direct access onto our patio and garden.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

The atmosphere is so good when you go in, it's very homely and inviting. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, lots of people will come and chat whenever we visit. It's a happy place.

The entire team is very patient, kind and understanding. When my loved one moved into the home everyone was so welcoming and they helped him to settle very quickly. It was a difficult transition for us and they have guided and supported both of us so well. Everyone from the nursing staff to the manager and admistrators have been great. They keep me well informed about what's happening in the home, they call several times each week to check if this or that is okay, we have regular review meetings, and the activities lady has explained where I can find all the information about activities in the home and what my loved one is doing each day.

My loved one is extremely well cared for. Everybody has a lot of compassion and care. I am confident he is being looked after really well. It is a happy atmosphere; you don't feel depressed. They get to know your loved one and do everything they can to make their life as good as possible.

All the staff are very caring and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble when you ask them to do something. You can discuss anything with the nursing staff and they will give you an honest answer.
