Welcome to Lennox House

Our care home in Islington, London, provides quality, tailored care and experiences for older people. Our team offer personalised nursing, residential and dementia care for up to 87 residents. We put your loved one at the heart of their care and everything we do is personalised to their unique needs and wishes.

Lennox House has some lovely facilities, including a hair salon, library, café and a large wheelchair-accessible garden.

Each of the large, comfortable bedrooms has en-suite facilities, a television connection and a 24-hour nurse call system. Your loved one is also welcome to add their own personal touches to make their room feel more like home.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

We’re passionate about helping your loved one to enjoy every day. Our talented team of lifestyle coordinators plans and organises a variety of activities and entertainment for residents to enjoy. We also have strong links with local charities, schools and businesses, and there’s plenty of ways to keep in touch and build new connections in the community.

CQC Rating: Requires improvement

We are working very hard to ensure that the service we provide is of the highest quality. We are aware that CQC have highlighted we need to make improvements to our service, we have a comprehensive service improvement plan in place to ensure we are acting to make changes that will be sustained and embedded. Much progress has already been made and it was reassuring to read that the inspectors found that the team has a caring attitude. We have appointed a new manager who is already completing the CQC Registered Manager process. Please ask the home manager if you wish to discuss the contents of our service improvement plan.
