Our experienced team provide nursing, dementia and residential care in beautiful surroundings. We also offer short term respite care and compassionate end of life care.

Ridley Manor is a luxury care home in the village of Lane End, surrounded by the Buckinghamshire countryside, with plenty of local amenities nearby. Our beautifully appointed home is the ideal setting for personalised care of the highest standard.

Residents at our home can enjoy stylish lounges, a welcoming café and a stunning collection of ensuite bedrooms. We provide a varied activity programme and our outings to local areas of interest are a hit with residents. Your loved one is welcome to enjoy a variety of facilities, including our hair salon, cinema and beautifully landscaped gardens.

The care provided is consistently good. The staff really listen to the residents and encourage them to share their views on things… they have a say in how they live their lives.

The home is very comfortable and the staff do a wonderful job looking after my loved one. She has Alzheimer's, and they are very familiar with how to deal with the condition, and they have plenty of activities specifically for people with Alzheimer's. It is not always clear how she is feeling, so she can be easily misunderstood, but they have their ways with her and they treat her very kindly. She is always well turned out when I see her, they really take care with her appearance because they know it's important to her.

The residents are made to feel like it is their home and the staff are there entirely for them. They demsontrate such respect with my loved one… they always knock before entering her room, they know how she likes to be addressed and they ask for her opinion on things, which makes a big difference to her. The staff are very well trained and there are people on hand to help at all times. The head nurses are amazing! My loved one had a couple of spells in hospital, and the care, attention and communication from all concerned in the home was excellent.

Mum settled very well, she thoroughly enjoys it here. It is very modern, it has a nice garden and cafe bit for when we visit. They make fresh cakes for when we visit. It is a nice modern home and feels nice and fresh.
