Living at Mill View, our recently refurbished care home in East Grinstead, is all about enjoying the finer things in life. Our skilled teams are passionate about providing the highest quality residential, nursing, dementia and respite care along with a fulfilling lifestyle, and all in a luxurious setting.

Everything we do at our care home in West Sussex is personalised to your loved one. Our activity co-ordinators, pride themselves on planning enjoyable individual and group activities. We do anything from baking and gentle exercise to music, arts and crafts and gardening.

Our beautiful purpose-built care home has a wealth of luxury features, from a hair and nail salon to a cinema. There are beautiful lounges to relax in, bright kitchenettes where your loved one can make enjoy delicious home cooked meals and every bedroom is beautifully furnished with its own en-suite wet room.

We pride ourselves on the transparency of our care quality and fee information - ensuring you can trust us to care from that very first step.

Being a Home Manager carries responsibilities. You have to be a good communicator and have a passion for caring for others. However busy it gets, I take the time to walk around the home and speak with residents, relatives and colleagues. It always reminds me what differences we're making in peoples’ lives.

Here are just some of the comments we’ve received from family, friends and residents at Mill View care home.

It's a lovely environment, recently renovated, with excellent facilities... there is a nice cafe with delicious homemade cakes, a hairdressers… the place is absolutely spotless, always clean and well-presented. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in, always greeted with a smile... it's a great environment for my loved one.... she thinks she is in a fancy hotel sometimes.

The care staff are extremely professional and respectful… just getting my loved one dressed can be a challenge, she can be very difficult. They pay close attention to her ever-changing needs... they look out for her... she had lost a significant amount of weight before moving into the home and she's now back on track. They have her as healthy as she can be at this point in her life!

The staff are 100% aware of the residents in the care home, they know every one, and they are there in a flash to resolve any sticky situations that present. They are exceptionally good at interacting with the residents, and clearly well-trained in how to communicate and work with people living with dementia. It seems like nothing is too much trouble for them. I can see the manager whenever I need to, but I have no need, there are plenty of staff and they respond quickly to any questions or concerns that I have. It's a lovely place, feels like home.

The residents are extremely well cared for. Mum wouldn't be with us if it was not for them. It is always accessible to see mum and staff are always on hand.
