I’ve enjoyed getting to know the team, identifying their strengths and using them to everyone’s advantage.

I particularly enjoy afternoon tea time, when I can spend time with the residents, sharing stories and memories over a cup of tea and, of course, freshly baked goodies!

It's a nice, homely atmosphere, always spotlessly clean and tidy, with a nice garden area that is well-maintained. There is always some kind of activitiy going on throughout the day, which makes it feel like a very happy place… lots of smiling faces, it's a lovely environment.

The care staff know how to engage with residents and make them feel comfortable. They make the effort to get to know residents as the people they are. It's a personal relationship they have with my loved one… lots of smiles and cuddles, they get her up dancing... they are very engaging.

The staff are very efficient and they understand my loved one's situation and her needs. They are very attentive to details and they check on my loved one regularly to ensure she's okay and has everything she needs. They are lovely people and I always feel very welcome when I visit. I'm always greeted with a smile and they will come over to let me know how things are going with my loved one.
