The team at Hadrian Park care home in Billingham, Cleveland provides high quality residential and dementia care, as well as short-term respite care. When your loved one joins us, we find out all we can about their life and experiences so that we can create a tailored care and lifestyle plan to suit their needs and interests. This way, they can get the most out of their time with us.

At Hadrian Park we have everything your loved one will need under one roof. We have a cinema, a hair salon, and a Namaste care room.

Many Hadrian Park residents are living with dementia, and our team have undertaken extensive dementia care training so we can deliver the highest standard of care. We support residents to live fulfilling lives and make their own choices about how they spend their day and how we run the home.

Most bedrooms at Hadrian Park have direct access to our enclosed and safe gardens. There are seating areas and raised flower beds, and many residents like to help keep this area looking its best with different plants and flowers through the seasons.

The staff can speak with authority and real life knowledge about my loved one… they know who she is. One time I walked in and two of the carers are there dancing with my loved one… they make her feel loved. I can't fault them in what they do, at every stage they seem to be doing the utmost for my loved one.

All the care team get involved with residents and get to know them individually… it is not just a job to them, that's the feeling I get. They conduct regular one to one assessments with each resident to make sure they have a full understanding of their needs as they change, and they are regularly in contact to let me know how things are going and what's happening in the home.

My loved one was not the easiest of personalities, a very independent lady, and the circumstances that made it necessary for her to enter care were difficult for her to cope with. The home dealt with her in a very compassionate manner... they always made her feel safe. Any time there was a change in her care needs, I was consulted. If I had any questions, I was answered fully. They were always on the very supportive!

I cant fault the team. They work so hard and they are so caring personally to each resident, it is one of the best care homes I have known.
