The experienced team at Greville House in Richmond, Greater London provides nursing, residential and respite care. We also have a dementia suite where our highly-trained team provides specialist care for residents who are living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

Greville House offers a wide choice of lounges, including a garden room which we use for activities and celebrations. The home also has a quiet room, a hair salon, and pleasant secure, landscaped gardens.

Each bedroom at our Richmond care home is light and airy, with en-suite facilities. Your loved one is free to personalise their room in any way they like to help them feel more at home.

The care my loved one receives is excellent! The staff are culturally aware and they can speak with my father about his heritage, which is important for people living with dementia. They all know my loved one well... they respond sensitively to his needs and they can answer any questions I have about him, which is very reassuring. He is very happy in the home, and even with dementia he recognises that he is well looked after.

My loved one receives excellent care, everything that he needs is provided for... all the staff are wonderful in what they do, from catering to cleaners, carers, nurses, clinical leads, managers, the whole team. When I leave, it feels like family is taking care of him.

The management and care leads run a monthly relative meeting online, which is invaluable... we discuss the current population in the home, issues around safety, and general feedback regarding different aspects of home life. We have regular review meetings to talk about my loved one's current situation, which is wonderful for keeping us up to date with everything, and they encourage suggestions for how they can make things better for him... we are very much involved with his care.

Since my mother has been in there she actually got life again rather than existence. When we visit it's like a whole group of friends. The carers go out of their way for the residents. It is clean and my mums happy there. It doesn't feel like a care home, it is like extended family there.
